The House
A former farmhouse carefully converted in a rustic style, the Gîte de la Chaume Briey combines comfort and functionality. It's the ideal place for a family or group vacation.

02
The stay
The 45 m² cathedral-style living room is comfortably furnished for relaxing moments or entertaining aperitifs. A fireplace, a baby grand piano, a Bluetooth hi-fi system, and a large bay window warmly enliven this room.
The dining room
03
In a rustic atmosphere, the 27m² dining room welcomes you for convivial meals for up to 10 people. A stove and board games will liven up your evenings.

The kitchen
04
The fully equipped kitchen (13 m²) will allow you to prepare all types of meals. A glass door opens directly onto the paved terrace for your barbecues and outdoor meals.

Bathroom and toilet
05
The master bathroom (8 m²), upstairs, immerses you in a 70s atmosphere with its large green bathtub. A toilet area with a shower cubicle and sink is located in the ground floor bedroom. Each level of the house has a separate toilet.

06
The exteriors
Located in the countryside, the cottage boasts open outdoor spaces: a lawn in front of the house, a paved terrace with a barbecue, and a grassy terrace. Outdoor furniture and games are available.
5 free parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the gîte.

For a screen-free experience, the house doesn't have a television. TV addicts can watch their favorite TV series and games on their phone or computer thanks to the free Wi-Fi throughout the cottage.

For the comfort and health of all, the entire house is non-smoking (including vaping).
Smokers can enjoy the outdoors where they will find ashtrays at their disposal.

Musicians are welcome: the large cathedral hall features a HUPFELD grand piano and allows small vocal or instrumental ensembles to practice without disturbing the neighbors and without being disturbed by them! Possibility to bring large instruments (harpsichord, fortepiano) thanks to the large glass door.

Unfortunately, the layout of the house and its numerous steps do not allow for the reception of people with reduced mobility.
