Household
End-of-stay cleaning fee: €100
This package is not mandatory if you agree to clean the house yourself at the end of your stay. In the event of unsatisfactory cleaning, a deduction will be made from your deposit.
Taking this package does not exempt you from leaving the accommodation in a respectful state of tidy and cleanliness (dishwasher emptied, dishes done and put away, indoor bins emptied, rubbish cleaned up, etc.).

Conditions of stay
and reservation
If you are interested in staying in our gîte, please send us an email to legitedelachaumebriey@gmail.com specifying the period chosen (see availability on the Booking Schedule page), the number of people, the services desired, your identity and your postal and telephone contact details. We will respond quickly with a quote and a rental contract to return to us signed to validate your reservation in addition to the financial payments (see below).

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is payable to the Saulieu-Morvan Community of Communes, per night and per person: its amount is currently €0.70 per night and per person.
The total amount is payable on site by check or cash.
Payment
Reservations made more than 15 days before the start date of the stay require a deposit of 30% of the total expected cost of the stay. This deposit is due and collected upon signing the contract and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the stay.
The balance of the stay must be paid 15 days before the arrival date, otherwise the reservation will not be maintained. No refund will be made in the event of cancellation of the stay.
Reservations made less than 15 days before the start date of the stay must be paid immediately and in full. No refund of any kind will be made in the event of cancellation of the stay.
Inventory and deposit
We will carry out the entry inventory together. At the end of this formality, you will be asked for a security deposit check/deposit of one thousand euros (€1,000), an amount which will be fully or partially returned to you within the week following the exit inventory, and subject to any damage, breakage (upon production of invoices where applicable), or abnormal lack of maintenance.
On the day of your departure, the exit inventory and the return of the keys must be done before 11:00 a.m., according to the arrangements agreed between us.
